What does your coffee say about you?

There are so many ways in which you can enjoy your coffee, from a milky latte to a strong shot of espresso, but did you know that the way you take your coffee could be revealing clues about your personality to others?

  • The black coffee drinker: If you enjoy your coffee simple and black it usually indicates that you’re quite a straightforward type of person. You like to keep things in your life simple and minimal, but you do have a tendency to be quiet and moody at times.
  • The espresso drinker: If you favour a short shot of espresso that packs a punch and can be consumed quickly it usually suggests you enjoy leadership and aren’t adverse to working hard for what you want. You know what you want, and how to get it, but you can be a little moody at times!
  • The latte drinker: Those who enjoy their coffee milky with a touch of foam can often have a tendency to be a little neurotic. You like to please people but are often indecisive when it comes to making decisions, so woe betide the barista who asks if you want syrup in your latte!
  • The cappuccino drinker: It seems like espresso topped with foamed milk is the drink of choice for those who have a tendency to be obsessive and controlling. You’re creative, honest, motivated, and make friends easily, but get rather bored with people who lack imagination.
  • The frappuccino drinker: You are the trend-setter of the coffee world! You’re pretty adventurous, courageous, and will try anything once. Your ‘YOLO’ attitude means that you don’t always make the healthiest choices, hence the calorie-laden frappuccino!
  • The instant coffee drinker: If you prefer your coffee freeze-dried and granulated you tend to be laid back, cheerful, and optimistic. Be careful though, as this laid-back attitude could lead to procrastination and missing out on opportunities in life!
  • The soymilk drinker: Those who take soymilk in their coffee rather than regular cow’s milk could simply be lactose intolerant, or could also be rather high maintenance, self-righteous, self-centred, and very detail oriented.
